Our B&B rooms include a made bed, breakfast and final cleaning. With hostel accommodation, you can tailor your stay with extras such as bed linen, towels, breakfast and cleaning. We have rooms with two to six beds, offering options for smaller and larger parties. Check what is included in the option you book.

Kustnära is in Heestrand, about five kilometres south of Hamburgsund in Bohuslän. The address is Heestrand, Rådalen 10, 457 47 Hamburgsund. You stay close to coastal rocks, swimming spots and walking paths, within reach of Hamburgsund’s restaurants and shops. The location also suits trips to Fjällbacka, Smögen and the Tanum rock carvings.

We combine the personal feel of a B&B with the freedom of a hostel, in a historic building with industrial-inspired interiors. Choose your level of service and combine your stay with coastal nature, our packages or time together with your party. Kustnära is open all year in peaceful Heestrand near Hamburgsund.

In Heestrand and the surrounding area, you can swim from the rocks, walk, hike, fish for crabs and cycle. Kayaking and other experiences are also available locally and through our partners. There is a sauna at the accommodation. Our hiking package combines accommodation with two days of walking, route descriptions and meals.

No. Showers and toilets are shared with other guests and located in the corridors on each floor. This also applies to B&B bookings. B&B describes the services included, such as breakfast and a made bed; it does not mean the room has a private bathroom.

A breakfast buffet is served in summer, approximately 15 June–15 August. During the rest of the year, we offer breakfast packages. For larger groups, a buffet can also be arranged at other times by agreement. Breakfast is included in B&B rooms and available as an extra with hostel bookings; also check your package details.

Yes, dogs are welcome in several of our rooms for an additional charge. Let us know when booking so that we can allocate a dog-friendly room. In summer, dogs may stay in your room and our shared outdoor areas. Check the current charge and conditions before your visit.

Yes, there is a shared equipped guest kitchen and a lounge with a TV. Wifi is available throughout the building. You can combine your own meals with optional breakfast or meals included in your booked package. Outside, there are terraces and barbecue facilities.

Yes, accommodation and spaces for meetings, weddings and celebrations are in the same building. You can tailor the level of service and have the option of hiring the whole house. Tell us your dates, guest numbers and wishes for food, accommodation and activities, and we will put together a suitable arrangement.
